And that’s a wrap for November 🍂 Be ready to start the new month in a positive way. We’ve made it this far- let’s finish strong 💪 And since everyone is preparing for the holiday season shopping, I invite you to think about all the local shops and small businesses. I have a few friends to recommend: @hoperainbowhangings awesome handmade and eco rainbows 🌈 @thepinkladybee organic raw honey with a special cause 💗 @giveyourbest.uk non-profit organisation that aims to empower people in need of women's clothes who are refugees, seeking asylum or with no recourse to public funds. @onthegowithac - for any travel book lovers 📖 Now it’s your turn, recommend your favourite small businesses or promote your own in the comments.
The hidden gem in London that's so serene it could be in Tuscany. Hampstead Heath has always been one of my favourite parts in town. From cute shops and coffee places to this underrated spot: the Hampstead Pergola. The Pergola overlooks the famous park, with high pillars wrapped in greenery. You could definitely mistake it for a Renaissance castle in the Italian region. Obviously, it would be nicer in spring time when everything is blooming but I liked the moody feeling this weekend. What’s your favourite part of your city? Have an awesome week ahead ✌️
How I found out 🎅🏼 isn’t the one bringing the presents. When you’re a kid, the idea of the big man coming to your house with a sack full of presents was super exciting, but there comes a time when we all find out the truth. So here’s how it happened in my house. I woke up one night with the idea to catch Santa sneaking in, only to find my mum putting a Nutella jar under the Christmas tree. Yes, a jar of Nutella, an orange and a bunch of bananas were the gifts I got that year when I was a little kid in post-communist Bulgaria. Luckily, parents nowadays have way too much choice of presents... but is it the same excitement and gratitude as before.. I don’t know.. How did you find out that Santa isn’t real?

There are two ways to create content. 1. Be a perfectionist 2. Be a creator Which one are you? One thing I’ve noticed - it’s hard to achieve your goals when you’re perfectionist. You’re constantly stuck trying to achieve the perfect piece of content and you only get frustrated. The creator’s success in other hand comes from repetition. They experiment, try new things and are not afraid to fail. So here is what I learned as a marketeer: don’t get anxious if something doesn’t work in social media. Just take your time, experiment and have fun!
Between Two Worlds From a tiny spec of a town to one of the largest megacities ⛰ 🌃 Living between these two worlds for the past year have made 2020 much more bearable. And thanks to @mapiful I now have these beautiful maps to remind me of my favourite places on the planet 🙏🏻 Have you ever lived in a small town or you’ve always been a big city girl/boy? #mapifulfamily #prproduct
Today is World Mental Health Day - a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy. Looking after your mental health is always important, but this year, we’ve all faced strange, unprecedented times. And for those who work in digital marketing and social media 🙋🏻♀️ there is often little escape. When your work requires you to scroll and be active on social media, it can feel impossible to “unplug” and take a break from the online world. As someone who is constantly online, I tend to see the best and the worst of human behaviour, so prioritising mental health is a must in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There are so many tips on how to maintain a healthy mindset but I find nature to be the most helpful for me. Just a daily walk in the park helps me massively. Remember, it’s ok to feel down sometimes, it’s ok if you don’t post everyday on your social accounts, reach out to your friends or professionals if you can’t deal with it alone. How do you take care of your mental health?
And then there was hope again. With America celebrating the projected win of Joe Biden & Kamala Harris and Pfizer announcing their Covid-19 vaccine is 90% effective, November is bringing a fresh air to what was a suffocating year. It's not going to be "normal" overnight, but this is hell of a start.... Who else thinks summer 2021 will going to be lit? I kind of fear and anticipate the way the whole world is going to PARTY 🙈🤞 Jacket from @montaneofficial 🧡
Did you know putting up holiday decoration can help boost your mental health? The stress and anxiety caused by 2020 is no secret and people seem to be coping as best they can: many with the help of a “little” holiday decor. I still haven’t put up my Christmas tree but I’m planning to go a bit extra 😅 Anyone else with me on this? Slide left to see the before and after magic 💫
