Hope everyone is having a lovely week. Yesterday I was looking back at my photos from Morocco and wished that I had shot with my camera instead of my phone. The fast shutter speed would have definitely been the better option to capture the vibrance of the city. I had committed the grave sin of not checking my camera before carrying it on the trip. By forgetting to replace the non zoom lens from my previous shoot, my camera was rendered useless for travel photos. Happy Monday ! Each time I see some old photographs of Spain, I get reminded of tapas. My wife and I had never tried Spanish food before this trip, and we absolutely fell in love with it. The small portions made it easier to try multiple dishes, which we wouldn't have otherwise. Paired with the right wine, the meal was heavenly. We like taking advantage of early voting so we can perform our civic duty without too much of a hassle. To avoid standing in line on the actual day of the November 3 election, we applied online for our ballots to be mailed to our address. Then we filled them out and dropped them off at the designated ballot box. Couldn't have been easier. It has served a dual purpose of reliving some wonderful memories, and taking stock of potential IG content. I finally extracted photos from my camera, consolidated them with those from my phone by country, and uploaded everything on the cloud. Now it's a lot easier to access all of them from my phone. Happy Monday guys ! "Travel light" has always been my adage. For any vacation abroad, my wife and I each carry only a 21" rolling suitcase and a backpack. By being able to wheel our bags to the cabin, the waiting time at the luggage carousel is cut out and the off chance of losing our bags is eliminated. Plus, it gives us great flexibility while walking the streets, on trains and with storage lockers. We check in our bags on the flight home.
