I woke up this morning realizing that today is exactly a month until my Birthday. I began to panic a bit, thinking of every goal I set out to accomplish that has yet to be accomplished (*mind racing & disappointment go here*). I then reflected on the past year of my life - the cataclysm, the hurdles, the pain… and how although I didn’t think I would, I got through it! What I’m trying to say is… be patient with yourself - I’m learning to every day. When you are goal-driven, it’s so easy to be hard on yourself. Learn to give yourself the same grace you so easily extend to others. For now, just keep your pace, and enjoy walking out the process.
