Oh buoy, these are good. Want to visit the Lake Powell area but don’t have access to a boat? Don’t let that stop you! 💥SAVE this post for your trip! Visit the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook (Photos 1-3): Follow the guided path to the gated overlook or free-climb around the orange sandstone to get different dam perspectives. 2. Spin it to win it 🌀 Wtf is the Wheel of Misfortune? Back in 2012, a graffiti artist named “Aware” went to Three Kids Mine — an abandoned mining site just outside Las Vegas. He and his crew painted this massive Wheel of Misfortune, which took 3 days. Most of the spaces in the wheel say $000, but others contain upbeat messages like “Lose a Home,” “Lose a Job,” “Bank Owned” and “Lose All Hope.” 😆 Oh, the government says the site might be toxic. But no fear, my dear readers, I’m known for finding the best and most unique places no matter where I travel. While this post doesn’t include mountains, it does include some amazing things to do in Oklahoma City! So without further ado, I bring to you, the top 8 things to do in OKC.
Since I started my research on current interest rates and began searching the market for a home that fits my needs, I came across a bunch of super neat online tools I feel like I need to share with the world. If you’re currently renting, there is an amazing calculator that will take your current monthly rent and factor it into a home cost that MATCHES your current payment. This calculator estimates the loan size you could pay for given your current monthly rental payment. For example, if your rent is $1,500 per month and insurance and property taxes would cost $100 & $200 per month, this calculator will figure out what size loan would have the equivalent $1,200 monthly principal & interest payment.
