I was going to show you guys my spring decor I put out this weekend. I thought about taking a shower and getting ready for the day. Maybe making a cute makeup video. I tried to get some rest when Parker napped today but his naps were so short it ended up making me more tired. Tbh...I’ve been counting down the minutes until my husband gets home to take over for a bit. Parker has done nothing but whine/cry all day. All. Day. He is teething again & only wanting me to hold him. But then when I do hold him he’s still wiggling like he doesn’t want to sit with me. I’m tired. No. I’m exhausted. I’m wearing the same clothes I wore yesterday. I haven’t showered in 2 days. My face is breaking out. My hair is matted in a knot on my head. And it’s only Tuesday. As rewarding as motherhood can be..some days it really is just surviving. At least for me. Surviving until my husband comes home to help and I can get a little bit of time to be alone. And idk take a shower or eat something more than a handful of pretzels. All the people who say or act like being a SAHM is a breeze lied. Lied to all of us. Because this is just really freaking hard some days.

We had the BEST visit today with @danagdorman ❤️❤️ She drove all the way over to see Parker and I. We haven’t seen her since his newborn photoshoot! She stayed all morning and into the afternoon. It was so nice to catch up and laugh and enjoy each others company. Thank you for being a wonderful friend Dana. We love you so much. Can’t wait to spend time together again soon! 🥰❤️❤️

We had a busy weekend! Kyle had an Olympic weightlifting competition he coached at on Saturday morning. He installed some new turf in our hone gym. Then we had my father in law come over and measure some things for the remodel we are going to do. Today my parents stopped over to visit and show us my Dad’s new truck. We got a workout in and then did some spring cleaning! I also found a super cute athletic brand called All In Motion at @target ! Their workout leggings are amazing quality! And I love the fit and feel of their workout tops as well. I’ve decided I will be rewarding myself with new cute workout gear as long as I stick with going hard in our home gym. Oh and the most exciting thing all weekend...PARKER CRAWLED! 😭😭🥰🥰 Hope you all enjoyed your weekend as well. 😍

So grateful that my girl Lex came to visit today! This was her first time meeting Parker & the first time I’ve seen her in REAL LIFE since I was pregnant last year!! 😭😭🙏🏻 We had a wonderful couch date with coffee and catching up. We also starting planning something really amazing that I can’t wait to share with you all. So grateful she took the time out of her day to just come be with Parker and I. It’s so hard for me to get out of the house now and I’m pretty isolated here most days. It felt really nice to have company and adult conversation. 🥰❤️

First workout as a family for the year!! Parker has his own dumbbell 💪🏻 😂🙌🏻 and he loves it. Swipe to see a shameless dirty gym mirror selfie. 🙈😂 Do you guys want to see a video of my workout? Let me know!

Happy #InternationalWomensDay 🙌🏻 Continue empowering one another every chance you get. 💞

We had a great day at my in laws house celebrating my birthday! Parker got all the snuggles from Nama & poppy Pagnier! He refused a nap the whole time because he was having so much fun. 😂🥰 Love Sunday’s with the fam. 💜

I’m pretty sure it’s proven that Saturday afternoon naps are the BEST naps you can take. 🥰😴 Hope you all are enjoying a relaxing start to your weekend. ❤️

I’m not sure what I did to deserve him, but I thank God every day he’s mine. 🥰 #gerberbabysearch2021

Mama, Your body did not fail you. Your scar is not shameful. You didn’t take the “easy way out”. Your body gave life. Your scar is a beautiful reminder. You persevered. ❤️

Happy 8 months to the sweetest boy ever! I can’t believe how fast our beautiful Parker is growing. It feels like just yesterday we brought him home. Parker likes: -Playing in his play yard -Bath time -When Daddy sings to him -His jumper activity center -His stuffed octopus toy -Food -Smiling -Trying to crawl -Saying Mama -Llama Llama Red Pajama Books Parker dislikes: -Nap time -Sleeping without mama in the room -Not being able to fully crawl yet and reach things -Being cold -When Mama or Daddy leaves the room without telling him where they are going Parker is days away from crawling! He gets so close every day but doesn’t quite have it down just yet. He also has 2 more teeth coming in up top! He has such a fun and silly personality. He loves to make us laugh. He is determined and curious. He is a wiggle worm and doesn’t want to sit still for longer than a few minutes usually. I love watching him grow and helping him learn. He is my favorite boy in the whole world. I’m so blessed I get to be his mama. 🥺🥰❤️ #gerberbabysearch2021

The last week or so I keep finding this lady bug roaming around. I put it in the garage (it refused outside) and it found it’s way back into the house. Apparently there is meaning behind coming across a lady bug. “The main meaning of ladybugs centers around good fortune, true love, innocence, needing to make the right choices in life, happy resolutions, etc. So what does it mean to see a ladybug? When you encounter the ladybug spirit animal at any point, you can be sure that positive transformations are on the way.” Spring is on its way, and I’m so ready for my new transformation. 🐞

“Thirty. Flirty. & Thriving.” I’ve waited so long to be able to post a pic with that movie quote. 😂 Yesterday was my 30th birthday, and also the anniversary of my grandfather’s death. Tbh I didn’t feel very...birthdayish. I stayed in my pajamas, cried a little, & then spent time with my son & husband. However today I decided to get dolled up and do some reflecting. 30 is a big milestone in life and a whole new decade I’m entered in. So I wanted to take a moment to share some lessons I’ve learned this far. 1. People can only react to/see the world based upon their own experiences. So don’t be so surprised when they react differently than you would. 2. Give grace. One day you’re gonna mess up and need that grace in return. 3. Being kind is more important than being right. I’m still working on this one, but sometimes it’s not worth “proving someone wrong”. Let them be wrong and focus on yourself. They will learn in their own time. 4. Stop looking for permission from everyone else and start doing what you want. Advice can be great, but if you continuously base all of your life decisions on advice or permission from others you’ll end up very unhappy. 5. It’s okay to love people from a distance. If someone continues to bring negativity in your life, even if it’s family, it’s okay to cut them out of your immediate circle. It’s not worth the stress. 6. Be intentional with your time. Another one I’m still working on. It’s okay to have lazy days, but make sure that most of your days are spent with some type of intention. Setting intention helps you be productive. And when you’re productive you are continuing to learn and grow. 7. Words matter. How you speak to yourself and to others makes a difference. You set the tone in your home with your words. Your children develop differently just by the way you speak to them. And the same goes with your own mind. You can retrain your brain just by learning to use your words more positively and with meaning. 8. Take care of your skin. Drink more water. Incest more in skincare than you do makeup. It costs more to do damage repair than it does to keep up on good skin. 9. Tell people you love them. Even if it feels awkward**

Loving this new set from @staticnailsofficial 😱😍 This is the style “Doe” in the round shape. I did apply a clear coat on top, because the last time I wore a set with this unicorn sheen on it it did rub off towards the end. I wanted to see if the clear coat will help prevent that at all. My last set lasted 11 days again. And once again I did a ton of stuff around the house and was super rough with them. If you haven’t grabbed a set yet you really need to! As well as their nail polish remover (it’s scent free, non toxic, and removes the glue as well), and their brush on glue! It glides on like nail polish and makes it so easy to apply. 😍💅🏻

My 30th is Monday. We spent time at my parent’s house this weekend. Parker got so many snuggles from family. He also got to see his great grandma today who he hasn’t seen in months. It was a relaxing celebration with my siblings, their significant others, & my parents. Oh, and mom made me this amazing Oreo ice cream cake. 😱😍 So good! It was gone within minutes. 😂
