Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there who have/had struggles with Post Partum depression and anxiety. To the moms who are easily overwhelmed, but loving… to the moms that can’t shake the feelings of inadequacy, but are strong… to the moms who look at other moms and wish they could just “handle it” with ease like them… to the moms that are going day by day, hour by hour… this was when we were in “the trenches” as they say, Kaden was a month old and KJ was 18 months. They would both scream at the same time and my mind would spiral. I am laughing here, but I felt like a huge rock was stuck in my throat, was drenched in sweat, and always had a racing heart. I pry sobbed right after this photo was taken… just always like to take small opportunities to remind everyone that it AINT EASY and that you’re seen and I will always understand! Also taking a moment for those that are painfully reminded today the loss of their mother, the torn relationship with their mother, infertility, loss, and other triggers. Sending ALL women a hug today. 🤍🤍🤍
