Last post of 2019 has to super special!! Every family has certain food traditions and recipes, in my family its this dish- Mutton Raan,which is prepared by my father around Christmas time. The whole process to make this takes about 2 days. The result is succulent meat in delish spices... Raan is the leg part of goat which is marinated with raw papaya, yoghurt spices and cooked after 24 hours of marination.
