This bourbon is 🔥(or at least had some burn) Okay, this is barrel 500( the reason I bought it) of the 2012 Evan Williams Vintage Single Barrel. I gave close to 10 minutes in the glass before trying this and still had a decent amount of the burn on the nose and mouth, also in the mouth it was sweet with roasted corn and vanilla but overall pretty thin, not as impressive as I wanted this to be after numerous relayed they had heard good things about this.
