#ad Hey everyone! If you work long hours in the hospital like I do, comfortable scrubs are a must. That’s why I am so excited to find these @Jockey scrubs. These scrubs are perfect for anyone who works in the medical field. They are lightweight, stylish and comfortable so you can feel great wearing them at work and beyond. I love that both the top and scrub bottoms come with zippered pockets so I can keep whatever I am carrying secure. And as a bonus, they are petite friendly as well! #jockeyscrubs #jockey

As a busy professional and mom, I am constantly on-the-go. This is why wearing shoes with comfort and style are so important to me. These new Pace walking shoes are no different. They are built for performance and have a comfortable and supportive footbed. Dansko Natural Arch Plus® technology provides exceptional support and a shock absorbing heel cushion. I definitely have a spring in my step with my new Dansko Pace shoes! Hey Michiganders! As much as we don’t want it to be, COVID-19 is still among us. Cases are on the rise and hospitalizations are increasing. The single best thing you can do to prevent serious complications and the spread of COVID-19 is to get vaccinated. COVID-19 vaccination is safe, effective and reduces the chances of hospitalization and death. For some, COVID-19 is no worse than a simple cold but for others the consequences are much worse. And the chances of this are not small. Covid vaccination is free and you can get one at your local grocery store, pharmacy or even your local health department. Covid vaccination is FDA approved for the age of 16 above and FDA authorized for children 5 to 15. My entire family is vaccinated and you should too! #spreadhopenotcovid #ad http://gofyi.ly/F3D522AE @michiganhhs

#ad The older I get, the more health-conscious I become. This means getting enough sleep, exercise, and the right nutrients that my body needs. I try to get the right nutrients through my diet, but that doesn’t always suffice so I use @NatureMadevitamins! I know that I can trust Nature Made® supplements as they are made with quality ingredients, using the strictest manufacturing techniques. Two of my favorite supplements are fish oil and CoQ10. Nature Made Burp-Less Fish Oil 1,200mg Softgels are formulated to be burp-less and are purified to remove mercury in fish oil. This fish oil contains 600 mg of DHA and EPA omega 3 fatty acids per serving, which help maintain a healthy heart. This is equal to two servings of salmon or other fatty fish per week! Nature Made CoQ10 is an antioxidant that helps support cellular energy production and supports a healthy heart.† I like to buy Nature Made supplements @Samsclub as ordering is easy, and I can have my products delivered straight to my door! #NatureMadeAtSamsClub . †These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. COVID-19 is still among us unfortunately, and cases are on the rise all over the country and the world. #psa #ad With school starting soon and the weather cooling down, this means that cases are likely to continue to rise. We've seen the huge impact that the vaccine rollout has had in saving lives and allowing our country to safely return to the things that we missed. I had my vaccine as soon as I had the chance, and when my daughters had the chance, they did too! We have had no significant side effects to the vaccine, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. My family and I want to do everything we can to slow the spread of this devastating virus. COVID-19 vaccination is safe, and it is effective at reducing the severity of illness. Most importantly, it reduces the chance of hospitalization and death. If you or your children haven't had the vaccine yet, I am sure you have questions. Please consult your doctor as they will be able to guide you with your health decisions. Or head to GetVaccineAnswers.org to learn more so you can make an informed decision for you and your family. #ad #AmazonPartner If there is one thing to know about me, it is that I absolutely love taking photos! Ever since my kids were little, I have loved to capture every important milestone, vacations, birthdays, and even silly photos too. I literally have thousands of photos on my computer and external hard drives. So, I am happy I found @amazonphotos! Did you know this is a free service for Amazon Prime members? You can get UNLIMITED photo storage (of any file size, even RAW photos) at no extra charge. And you can even get 5 gigs of video storage too! And even if you are not a Prime member, you can still access this service for a small fee. And because I know my photos are being stored by Amazon, I can trust that my photos will be safe for years to come. Click the link in bio to learn more! #AmazonPhotos

#ad One thing I never seem to get enough of is sunshine. While this may be good for preventing wrinkles, this means I definitely don't get the vitamin D I need to stay healthy. And I am definitely not alone when it comes to this. Vitamin D deficiency is so widespread that just about everyone could use Vitamin D supplementation to help support their immune system†. And my favorite Vitamin D is by @NatureMadeVitamins! I know that I can trust Nature Made® products as they are made with quality ingredients, using the strictest manufacturing techniques. Nature Made® products are available for adults and children alike. I don't just take Nature Made® products for immune support, but for my overall health and well being!† Find Nature Made® at your local @WalMart and Walmart.com. #NatureMadeAtWalmart

Hey Michiganders! If you haven’t already done so, please, please, please consider getting it. It is the best thing you can do to protect yourself, your family, and your community. sponsored, #SpreadHopeNotCovid @michiganhhs

Hey Michiganders! Just a little reminder – if you haven’t yet received your COVID-19 vaccine, please consider doing so! I am proud to say that my two girls are now fully vaccinated as I signed them up the first chance I could get. The mask mandate here in Michigan has ended, and so have restrictions. So getting the COVID-19 vaccine is the best thing you can do to protect you, your family, and your community. Currently approximately 61% of Michiganders 16 and over have been vaccinated, but we really need to get that number to at least 70%! The COVID vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson) are safe and effective at preventing COVID-related hospitalization and death in thousands of clinical trial participants. For myself and my family, side effects were minimal and I can tell you I’d rather have a few mild symptoms from vaccination than full-blown COVID. There are multiple options for residents to sign up for the vaccine. Check out your local health department, or your local pharmacies. You can always call the COVID-19 hotline (888-535-6136) for more information on vaccination. And if you have questions, talk to your health care provider about the benefits and potential risks of getting the vaccine and your medical history. We really want this pandemic to end for good, and vaccination gives us the best chance we can to do so! #sponsored #SpreadHopeNotCovid @michiganhhs
