Get this Whole30 recipe on the blog (link in bio), you won’t regret it! . . Beverly 5 stars - I made the Polish pork cutlets along with the Polish Dill Potatoes. This was a wonderful comfort dish! The seasoning in the breading is so good—no need for a gravy. I usually prefer to eat roasted potatoes but after I read your description of the Polish dill potatoes, I had to try that too and I am so glad I did. My husband is not doing whole30, but he will try some of the food. He loved this meal. I will be making it many more times. Thank you for sharing!

These pork chops with mushroom and leek cream sauce are a wonderful & delicious comfort food meal made healthy. Add the pork chops into the sauce, cover with a lid and let simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the pork is cooked through (internal temp of 145′) If the sauce is not thick enough, you can remove the pork chops and then add in a tapioca starch slurry. Serve the Pork Chops and Mushroom Leek Cream Sauce over my Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Cauliflower Mash or with a side of Dairy Free Scalloped Potatoes.

This Whole30 turkey bolognese has quickly become my family’s favorite way to enjoy spaghetti squash pasta. Then we use the rendered fat to cook the ground turkey (ground turkey is lean and needs a bit of fat) This mixture gets added into the slow cooker (or stays in the Instant Pot) and the remaining ingredients are added in. Once the sauce is done cooking, we remove the bay leaves and stir in the Nutpods or Coconut Cream (can also use heavy cream if not doing Whole30)
