Outside Winter Fun with DIY Ice Bricks

* Containers (50) Aluminum Pans for Bread Loaf Baking – Amazon, these are the ones that we used and they worked GREAT Last, I grabbed the liquid popsicles from the Dollar Tree the weren’t frozen and added those to the water. Last, I grabbed the liquid popsicles from the Dollar Tree the weren’t frozen and added those to the water. We just stacked the ice bricks and eventually threw them around the yard, but you could build an igloo or a fort, collect things like leaves, pine cones, sticks to freeze inside, paint with them, etc.

Winter Activity for Kids: Snow Paint and Snow Volcano

Take the lids off your squeeze bottles and put several drops of each food coloring in a different bottle. Once the volcano is formed, add baking soda and food coloring into the cup. We used the squeeze bottles from the snow paint to squeeze vinegar in. It helps extend the volcano because the girls were able to slowly add vinegar versus dumping a cup full of vinegar!

Easing the Burden of Moderate-to-Severe Eczema: Understanding the Treatment Ladder

Around 16.5 million adults in the US have atopic dermatitis, with 6.6 million reporting moderate-to-severe symptomsAlthough atopic dermatitis most commonly develops early in life, it can persist into adulthood for many patients.10% to 25% of children have atopic dermatitis; of which, approximately 1/3 have moderate-to-severe disease5% to 10% of adults have atopic dermatitis (3% of elderly); of which, approximately 1/2 have moderate-to-severe disease80% of individuals affected with AD experience disease onset prior to 6 years of age, and current data suggest at least 80% will “outgrow” their AD by adolescence or adulthood. An example is dupilumab, which is approved for use in patients age 6 years and older with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis that is not controlled by topical therapies. If treatment isn’t successful or if your doctor isn’t comfortable with systemic treatments, you may need to consider a treatment change or switch to a dermatologist or pediatric dermatologist with expertise in treating eczema. Your responses to these survey questions will provide Med-IQ with important information about your experiences with atopic dermatitis, which will help us develop future educational initiatives.

Easter egg decorating with toddlers. 🙃😆😅😝 I quoted @artwithanna a few times to my husband - "It's about the process!" 😘

All dressed up and nowhere to go. 🖤

"Remember, you're the one who can fill the world with sunshine." - Snow White ☀️

End of the day quarantine picture, part 2. Two outta five ain't bad. 🤣

Quarantine 2020 has us all feeling some type of way. 😜 We (Stephen) spent the day power washing all the things and starting the never ending list of yard work. My phone was MIA for hours. My mom delivered us delicious food. It was gorgeous out. My heart couldn't be happier in this moment. ☀️EDIT: My sister brought me flour, lawn bags and pasta. So, really, she is the MVP of the day. @thebeardandthebaker 🤣🙃🥰

Lunch outside is seriously the best. We're all very grateful for this beautiful day. ☀️

Sunny, warm days are our favorite. 🎨☀️

Wonder who will be the class clown? 🤡 Harper. That's who.

Pasta, sunshine and bare feet. Three of our favorite things.

@melissaanddougtoys paint with water sheets were a win. Appreciating the no-mess clean-up vs. our typical panting adventures. 🙃👏🏽
