MAMMOTH ICE CREAM SAMMIES 🤩 These babies definitely live up to their name. They’re freakin’ HUGE & they are VEGANNNN! 🌱 Pictured here are the PB Cup and Lavender Sammies. Both are sooo flavorful! I personally can’t stand when people are scared of lavender and don’t add enough, but the folks over at DE NOVO CREAMERY Vegan Dessert] know exactly what they’re doing bc these are PERFECT! They’re hands down the best ice cream sandwiches I’ve ever put in my mouth. I have no idea what you’re waiting for but stop & get these in your life ASAP. AUSSIE HAND PIES + BEER 🍻 What a perfect freakin’ combo! @gdaygourmet serves up some killer hand pies with the perfect fillings to keep you drinking allll day long 🤪 I went for their Lamb & Rosemary + Bacon, Beef & Cheddar hand pies both stacked w/ mashed potatoes & gravy bc, if you’ve been following along, you know mashed potatoes are one of my alllll time faves! Obv went for their Aussie style fries w/ chicken flavoring too and I wasn’t skipping on @freewillbrewing’s Blueberry Mash that they brought back this past weekend! The cherry on top was the absolute gorgeous weather we’ve been having & being able to sit outside to enjoy it! 🌞

The crispy chicken is topped with bread & butter pickles, a maple aioli that had me scraping the plate bc it was soooo freakin’ good + a sriracha hot honey to pour over. It was fantastic and you should definitely order this when you check them out ASAP! Shout out to Surv for having me in for this fabulous meal! ✨

Last week I headed to another new must-try spot in the Lehigh Valley - @thepahouse! This space is absolutely amazing, inside & out, and SUCH a vibe! The cocktails were on freakin’ point (The Dark & Dirty pictured here) and my personal fave food item was the Cacio e Pepe Patates that are served with a white wine garlic aioli. Gooo check ‘em out ASAP & do not forget to make a reservation! The only thing worse than having to wait a few days for a reservation is showing up & being told they’re booked solid for the night!
