Smoky mezcal, spicy ginger, that bittersweet herbaceousness from the Cynar, and still totally tropical. 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙧'𝙨 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙝    Cheers to the weekend—hope it’s filled with good waves and great drinks!    🏄🍹🤙    INGREDIENTS:   1 1/2 oz dark Jamaican rum  1 tsp fernet   1 tsp coffee concentrate  1 oz pineapple juice  1/2 oz grapefruit juice  2/3 oz cinnamon syrup  Tonic water  Garnish: fresh grated cinnamon, pineapple frond   DIRECTIONS:  Combine all ingredients minus the tonic water in a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake. Open pour into a glass over ice and top with a splash (1/4 to 1/2 oz) of tonic water—this gives it a little extra flavor and froth.
