But here’s what I’ve learned - one meal does NOT determine your health. Eating oats, with whatever toppings you enjoy, is healthy - because oats a great for you, but also because it’s mentally healthy to eat foods you enjoy, even if every meal doesn’t have something fresh or green. Rest can actually be JUST rest. I feel like the trend right now is to take rest, but only if it’s active rest.
