YOUR REMINDER: having a smaller body and a 6 pack doesn’t automatically make you happier. I remember working so hard for the body on the left. Convinced that if I just could get to that goal weight, show off my abs, and prove that could shrink myself that I would be happier (and healthier). I was neither. The weight I hit was never good enough. I was never “fit” enough. I could never eat “well” enough or train “hard” enough. Every time I hit a previous goal weight, the number would just drop because it never felt like enough. Let me be the one to tell you - you are ENOUGH, just as you are. Your happiness (and health) don’t come from a specific weight or body size. Your happiness comes from accepting who you are, as you are, and being confident in your abilities, personality and what you have to offer the world (which, PS, is way more than a body). Stop trying to reach happiness by shrinking yourself. Take up space, show the world WHO YOU ARE, unapologetically. FEAR FOODS - ➡️ right for how it started vs how it’s going Facing fear foods is scary, but if I’ve learned anything, facing them is the only way to OVERCOME them. I started by incorporating oats in a smaller amount with *scarce* toppings, but this helped me realize that they were just food. From their, the serving size and toppings grew into a fulfilling and satisfying meal 👌🏻 So incorporate them into your diet every day, eat them every single day, it’s the best way to remove the fear and give permission 👏🏻 Need more help and more guidance?! CONFIDENCE - this is what it looks like for me right now! Confidence in this body, not for what it looks like - because if I’m being honest, I don’t always love the added cellulite, stretch marks and belly weight that pregnancy has brought BUT, I am so DAMN confident in what this body is DOING! Growing a human, keeping myself and baby boy healthy, allowing me to move through this pregnancy, staying strong through all the changes 🙌🏼 Confidence doesn’t have to come from what you see in the mirror - if we focused more on what we CAN’T see, I swear we’d be in so much awe of our bodies and what they do for us every single day 🤍 The mirror, a photo, your external features aren’t what make you You, they aren’t what make your body worthy!
