I post a lot of polished video footage on social media, and wanted to share a glimpse into what an actual training session looks like for me: lots of dropping, lots of bending over and picking up props, and lots of hands thrown up in the air. So many hours of repetitive drilling go into making this stuff look easy. If you're frustrated with learning a new skill, know that you are not alone!
