Alright loves, today's post is a little personal. If you didn't know, I own my own beauty brand @blvckflvmingo . I started it right before the big Q happened and I was definitely questioning if I was doing the right thing and if I could survive. Well, I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary and each month is more successful than the last! I have lots of ideas for 2021 but I'm still working on how to achieve them. I was sent this book by @markwschaefer called Cumulative Advantage and it's set me on the right path. Cumulative Advantage is a collection of real world stories and case studies that will help you build momentum for your ideas and how to use it to your advantage. There is a small section titled "Success is a collision of events" and that really stuck with me. Success isn't a number to be achieved, it's not a certain number of followers or a sales goal. For me, it's going to be the fascinating roller coaster this takes me on.
