Raspberry Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats Chocolate raspberry is far superior than chocolate strawberry in my opinion 🤭 fresh and frozen raspberries would both work here but I’ve been finding the best fresh raspberries lately! 1/2 cup @bobsredmill gluten free quick oats 1/2 scoop cookies and cream @pescience protein powder (code SCRIPTS) 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp chocolate chips 1/4 cup raspberries 1. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips and raspberries. Slowly stir in half of the berries and chocolate. 2. Pour into a small glass or bowl. Top with the remaining berries and chocolate and place in fridge overnight. This one is deep dish with a touch of cake batter flavor! 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour 1/3 cup cashew butter (Cake Batter Cookie Dough @americandreamnutbutter code amy10) 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips 1 gluten free oreo, crumbled 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stir together all ingredients, then stir in half of the cookie crumbs and sprinkles. 3. Pour into small cast iron skillet lined with parchment paper. Fig Breakfast Bars Decided it was finally time to use up the last of my Turkish figs sitting in my freezer so whipped up some fig jam to make these delicious breakfast bars! 1 1/3 cup @bobsredmill gluten free quick oats 1/4 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free flour 1 scoop vanilla @pescience protein powder (code SCRIPTS to save) 1/2 tsp baking powder Dash of salt 1/3 cup vanilla greek yogurt 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 egg 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 cup fig jam 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix together ingredients except fig jam. 3. Pour 2/3 of batter into a 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with fig jam, then crumble remaining batter on top. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Makes 16 fig bars.
