Recharge Sports Performance was founded on the simple principle that recovery is an active process and is an integral part of any athletes training plan. With that goal in mind we wanted to create a facility with the same state of the art amenities as the top sports programs in the country for athletes of all levels. Whether you're a triathlete/marathon runner training for an upcoming race, a cross-fitter putting them self through high intensity workouts, or an athlete going through the rigors of a long and taxing season you can now receive the same tools and treatments used by high profile athletes to recover effectively in order to maximize athletic performance and prevent injuries. We are mainly based on memberships ranging from $54-$114. How did we help Savannah @savv_berry cut 4 minutes off her marathon? When we met with Savannah a year ago she had just qualified for the Olympic trials for the 2nd time and ran it in 2 hours 33 minutes. She was already an incredible athlete, but she was plagued with injuries. We knew that if we could keep her from being injuries she would be even more incredible. We did instability testing, got her lifting weights, helped her with nutrition, and began doing consistent bodywork. In the last year, she has only had minor pains, her strength has increased by 70%, she cut 4 minutes off her marathon, and she took 12th at the Olympic Trials. Ankle Sprain part 3! We like to focus on stability and mobility at this point. Thw hip abductors and ankle everters often turn off post ankle sprain. To create stability and mobility, you will need to activate those muscles while training balance and full range of motion. We are more passionate about prevention than recovery. We would rather NOT make money off of you from your pain. Our joy is seeing you being able to perform at a high level every day and all the time. Recently, we had an athlete tell us they were about to cancel after a year of being with us because of finances. They decided to look at their precious year of finances and found out they were usually spending $4000-$5000 on injuries. They stayed with us because because they preferred to invest that money into increased performance and prevention rather than injury. Injury is the #1 inhibitor if progress for any athlete. A healthy athlete will always outperform, even the best athlete who is hurt.
