Primitivo Of Gioia Del Colle

The Primitivo of Gioia del Colle, a well-known and internationally coveted wine, is gaining a much-deserved consensus worldwide within wine specialists, guides, and international fairs. The producer has a small and intimate production of 1-1.5 million bottles annually, serving a quality niche in Thailand as we see a steady increase of wine tasting sessions and masterclasses since July 2020 through a project funded by the European Union, the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, and Puglia Region. The video shot in Gioia del Colle and directed by Luca Desiderato depicted a breathtaking journey through the region’s architectural and naturalistic beauties. Centuries later, Puglia wines’ reputation has been consolidated in a textbook named “Natural History of Wines,” compiled by Andrea Bacci, published in 1596, stating that the wines produced in the Bari area are of optimum quality.

Chef Dou marinated the pork collar overnight in brine before grilling the meat, then served with fried rice in Lao-style XO sauce and topped with fish sauce cured egg yolk. Chef Dou served When Asian Meets Phuket (and a dairy merchant along the way – Chef Dou said it, not me)
