Motivation is everything 😜 I wish I had a fun Labor Day weekend photo dump, but honestly, we took our long weekend and deep cleaned our house! The boys cleaned out their rooms (with a little motivation) and we rented a commercial carpet cleaner to deep clean our carpets! Can’t sweat when I’m working out, but I sure can sweat when I’m shopping 😅😅 isn’t that convenient? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Back in January, I found out that I had both MTHFR mutations. After doing a little research, I figured out really quickly why I always had a hard time breaking a sweat 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After discovering that I needed to open up detox pathways to release toxins. (It was one of the last pathways that I had left to open and it wouldn’t budge.)
