A message from our founder, Lynette (@lynette_nicole): One of my favorite pieces of business advice is to start your first business (ok fine, this was technically my second) and train for your first marathon at the same time and you'll really see what you're made of. However hard that may sound, those challenges and nuances don't compare to what those with invisible disabilities face every day, much less during sports. Neurodiversity in sport often gets overlooked, as it’s not visible. It's also said that around one in six Americans are living with an invisible disability. @trigirl_16 is one of them. She's an 18-year-old high school student with autism who found that running transformed her quality of life, and she soon paired it with an interest in swimming and biking. I've been in the PR/digital marketing industry for 14 years now and this is by far the most emotional (in a good way!) project I've had the honor to be a part of and I'm very proud to announce this. Our client, @benedlife, in conjunction with @kulturecity for our Make The Nevers Possible programming, will be heading to Kona with Adrienne as she attempts to be both the youngest finisher on record and youngest female finisher with autism at the VinFast @ironmantri World Championship. Bunn is changing the game – showing precisely what neurodiversity in sports looks like and inspiring others in the neurodivergent community to pursue a sport or activity they never thought possible.
