@minoomakesstuff EPIC FAILS 😮 Two things: Firstly, I’m a perfectionist, so I like all my recipes to turn out exactly the way I want, or else I will NOT share them. Secondly, as a content creator, it’s very easy to make something look good, regardless of whether or not it actually tastes good. So, I decided to share the REALITY behind @minoomakesstuff 🤪 Not all recipes work out the way I think, not all content turns out the way I like, and not all my recipes end up tasting good! But that doesn’t stop me from cooking, and it shouldn’t stop you either 🫢 I had a vision for these rice paper BLT rolls in my mind. And all was going well… until I decided to put them in the airfryer. Separate your enoki mushrooms into little noodles. 2. Add them all to a skillet, and cook down with 1 tbsp of water, a little drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. 3. Remove the mushrooms once they’re soft like noodles. 4. In the same skillet, add in a little bit of butter, minced garlic, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp honey, 3-4 tbsp water, and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, and black pepper. Adjust based on taste. 5. Once the sauce has reduced, add in your cooked mushrooms, stir around and serve! I topped mine with some parsley and sesame seeds as well. 6. ENJOY!! Cut a few slices of tomatoes and lettuce. 2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, and whisk with some salt and pepper. 3. In a pan, warm up your whole wheat (or multigrain, or keto etc.) tortilla. 4. Remove the tortilla, add a tiny bit of olive oil to your skillet, and pour your egg in on medium heat. Quickly spread the egg across the pan, and place your tortilla directly on top. 5. Let it cook for a minute or two, and then flip and cook on the other side for another minute. 6. Top with some cheese, your lettuce and tomatoes, and some hot sauce. 7. Enjoy!! @minoomakesstuff doesn’t GATE KEEP! 🫢 This heirloom tomato galette is too cheesy and delicious not to share! 🍅 Check out the full recipe below, so you can make it this sunny weekend: 1. Cut some heirloom tomatoes into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, and brush with a mixture of minced garlic and olive oil. 2. Roll out your puff pastry, pizza dough or pie crust, and brush it with some of the same garlic and olive oil mixture. 3. Add your tomatoes on top, along with some Parmesan and feta cheese, and then fold the sides of your dough over the tomatoes. Brush the outside of the dough again with your garlic and olive oil mixture. 4. Bake in the oven at 375-400 degrees for about 20 minutes, until cooked all the way through. 5. Take your galette out of the oven, top with some fresh herbs and more Parmesan, drizzle on some honey and chilli flakes. 6.
