My name is Minoo Mahdavian and I'm a food, wellness, nutrition and lifestyle influencer and content creator! I create healthy recipes on my page that I share to influence others to live a similar lifestyle.

I always create original recipes for the brands that I partner with, to showcase their product in a creative and organic way, along with doing all of the food photography and videography, editing and video editing, and caption writing. @minoomakesstuff and @thefeedfeed are breaking bread 🥖 Brazilian Cheese Bread that is! 😲 I’ve partnered up with @thefeedfeed to bring you this crispy, fluffy, cheesy, gluten free Brazilian Cheese Bread recipe, that you are going to absolutely fall in LOVE with 🤤 It only has 5 simple ingredients and takes less than an hour from start to 100% finished product, and it’s amazing for meal prep too 😍 If you want to healthify your life: Follow @minoomakesstuff and @thefeedfeed for more! 🥰 Here’s how to make this Brazilian Cheese Bread 👇🏻: 1. In a blender add in 1 1/2 cups tapioca starch, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt. Blend that until smooth (1-2 min). TIP: If you have a blender like mine (where you flip the cup to blend), don’t do what I did, add the tapioca starch at the end so it’s closest to the blade. If your blender is bigger and has the blade attached, add the tapioca starch first. (Please ask me if this is confusing!) 2. Once blended, add in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and blend again for 5-10 seconds. You don’t want to over blend the cheese. 3. Spray some muffin tins with oil, and pour your mixture in, filling 3/4 of the way. 4. Bake your Brazilian cheese bread in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Until perfectly crispy and almost brown in colour. 5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before pulling apart end enjoying!!! What kind of variations should I do??? Share this with someone who needs a cold summer treat, and follow @minoomakesstuff for 94 more healthified recipes to come! Here’s how to make these greek yogurt blueberry popsicles: 1. Add about 1 cup of blueberries to a bowl. Top with 1/43 cup vanilla Greek yogurt. Mix together until all the blueberries are coated. 2. Grab some wooden skewers, and add the blueberries one at a time until filled up. Repeat with all the blueberries. 3. Place onto a tray with parchment paper, and let them freeze in the freezer for 2-3 hours. 4. Remove from the freezer. Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle over all of the skewers. The chocolate should harden instantly! Remove from the parchment paper and enjoy!!!! TIP: To melt your chocolate, place some dark chocolate in a zip lock bag and microwave in 15 second intervals, pressing the chocolate in between. Once fully melted, cut the tip off the zip lock and drizzle!
