Having worked in the hospitality industry my entire adult life, I'm very excited for this new chapter in my life. I started Liquid Culture as a way to inspire Home Bartenders because I know we don't always make it seem easy. I primarily work with brands in terms of media production, including photography and content creation. I've run masterclasses around the city, examples including Jack Daniels and Glenfiddich. I'm also a frequent Drink Expert on CTV's The Social gaining nation-wide exposure. I'm looking to pair up with brands to share their stories through my many platforms.

Because I get a lot of people too scared to even say the name Cachaça around me… I’m thinking this is the content that needs to be out there, since I get a ton of messages and interest learning about Cachaça, where to find it, etc, but it’s hard. All of the above is hard. At least here in Ontario. So let’s start with the basics, and learn how to pronounce and spell this wonderful spirit. Oh and the real question is the ultimate collab with @msrachelforlittles 😂❤️ #cachaca #cachaça #drinkstagram #drinkresponsibly

More Carrot goodness for the gram this Easter Weekend 🥕🥃 In case you weren’t having enough carrot content, I’m here to add more 😂 on top of that delicious carrot cake and Easter brunches, I’m sharing TWO cocktail recipes that’s sure to please! For me, it’s the Apricot + Carrot + Brandy + Rum Sour that’s a winner. I love when I split a Rum and Brandy base, plus the warming flavours of the spices and carrots just compliment so well 🧡 I’m sharing both recipes in my stories today, but you’ll also find this gem on the website shortly! Happy Easter Long Weekend Everyone 🧡🥕🥃

Not an AD, just having a slow-motion proud moment💛 Typically, when things are quiet on social here, I’m really busy BTS. I’ve been blessed with some loyal clients when it came to my photography work, @sociallitevodka being one of them. They’ve been a client of mine since pretty much the beginning, and before I started doing a ton more digital campaigns, photography was my life line and kept me afloat. I am SO thankful that I’m pushed to perfect my craft and get into spaces I may not be as comfortable. For example, putting in a lot more effort in the video realm. I got to learn more about my camera, expand my lighting knowledge and learning to be kind to myself when mistakes happen and how to improve. I’m also just obsessed with slow-mo now and wanted to highlight it 💛 Cheers to those long-term partnerships and @sociallitevodka new Tom Collins Cocktail release!! #socialite #tomcollins #RTD #drinkresponsibly

35 years young 🤍 Decided to spend the day with fam, ordering Pizza Hut and laughing at all the evidence of our past (pst I hated having my pictures taken back then as much as I do now). It’s been a perfect day ❤️ also I think I need to get a replica outfit for Alenia to rock 😂❤️

Sprinnnggggg, oh I’ve missed you😍 Okay, so the weather in Toronto is not giving “Spring” so much today, but it’s been teasing us for the last bit and I can’t wait. The bright, fresh cocktails, events around the corner. We’re officially hitting Liquid Culture elements now! I wanted to share a new recipe, but if you caught the camera issues on my gram, it couldn’t happen. So I’m remembering some of my favourites, and sharing a link to easily find Spring Inspired recipes on the LC website (link in bio) What’s your favourite flavours/tastes of Spring? Comment below ❤️❤️ #springishere #drinkresponsibly #springcocktails

Pisco Martini coming at you ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 I have way too much fun with cocktails. CORRECTION. It’s the right amount. Keep the joy of mixing cocktails and just learning all the things. That’s my mini rant. Plus I want to leave you with this little number right here. Cheers to more Pisco cocktails!! 🍸 Pisco Martini 2 oz Pisco Quebranta (@caravedopisco) 0.5 oz Fino Sherry 0.5 oz Cocchi Americano 1-2 bar spoons Caper Leaves Brine Stir. Strain. Sip Responsibly xoxo #pisco #piscococktails #martinioclock #drinkstagram #liquidculture #drinkresponsibly

[Recipe Below] Love Day is feeling extra bitter and spicy 👀🩷 I had to drop a Valentines Day cocktail for the gram, so I made things simple with this serve. We’ve got a Reposado Tequila with Campari, Guava, Pineapple and chili, shaken to this perfection. Oh and dressed with some cinnamon hearts for that extra heat ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 However you celebrate today or don’t, cocktails should be a mandatory 🩷 ❤️‍🔥 Bitter Valentine ❤️‍🔥 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila (@cadadiatequila used here) 0.5 oz Campari 1 oz Guava Juice 1 oz Pineapple Juice 0.5 oz Lime Juice 0.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1) 1 small slice of Thai red pepper (seeds removed) Cinnamon hearts (blitz) Prep glassware with citrus or agave syrup, dust cinnamon hearts over using fine mesh strainer. Add the rest of the ingredients in shaker. Shake well. Strain. Make love with your cocktail. Cheers xo #drinkresponsibly #liquidculture #valentinesdaycocktail #valentinesday2024

Bringing out the celery for a lower in alcohol dream 🍹 I unexpectedly had a “damp” January. Lots of Alcohol-Free beverages were sipped, I was too sick or too tired to experiment, and the rare spirit was savoured. So I’m finding myself wanting to ease into things this February. Plus, I’m excited to finally start creating content again. I miss it. Work and life has been a lot, but there’s some exciting projects on the horizon and just bringing you something different ❤️ In the meantime, I’m leaving this delicious Lower in Alc Cocktail for you here. She is really, really tasty 😍 Damp Celery 1 oz Fino Sherry 1 oz Cocchi Americano (Blanco Vermouth can be used here) 1.5 oz Celery Juice 0.5 oz Lime Juice 1 bar spoon Saline Tincture 1 oz Tonic Water Shake first four ingredients. Strain over fresh ice. Top with tonic water. #dampfebruary #dampjanuary #dryjanuary #liquidculture #drinkresponsibly #sherrycocktails #cocktailgram

When she’s good, she is GOOOODDDD 👀 2023 wasn’t my most productive year for work. I’ve mentioned it already, but health was my main priority, which was an adjustment for me mentally. But I did get to create some seriously stunning stuff for amazing clients, including this little number. It was photoshoots like these that made me truly miss and LOVE the photography aspect of my job. It’s what kept me afloat the first couple years of Liquid Culture and I’m realizing it’s a focus I want to grow on for 2024. Now this recipe is a holiday one, but I’d have it any day of the year. And you would too if you’re a Manhattan-loving human. Leaving the recipe here, plus I share what I’d love to grow on for my career this year. What has you motivated for 2024? 1 oz Glenfiddich 15 yr @glenfiddichwhisky 0.75 oz Amontillado Sherry (@bodegaslustau used here) 0.75 oz Italian Sweet Vermouth (@cocchi1891 vermouth di Torino) 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters Stir all, strain, cheers. #drinkresponsibly #manhattancocktail #holidaycocktail #spiritforward #2024goals

This was one weird, wonderful, messy year… 2023 was a strange one for me personally. Forcing myself to slow down in my work life, and trying to teach myself some patience…well ya, that’s not an easy one for me 😂❤️ I learned I’m quite stubborn, headstrong and a workaholic. But I had her. I had my family. We had our health (sort of, shout out daycares). This uncomfortable year was so beautiful in its own way. Plus there were some delicious cocktails, if I say so myself. So just out here wanting to say thank you. To you, your support, those who showed up, and continue to show up for this dream I have. I love you all and can’t wait for this next chapter ❤️

For my Die Hard fans out there ❤️ I got an overwhelming response of Holiday films you all must watch, but the number one recommended film…DIE HARD ❤️ I see you. It has been a holiday tradition here for a long time, so I was honoured to whip something up for everyone. So I’m sharing a recipe I think John McClane might have enjoyed. A Tequila Old Fashioned, but festive with a homemade Pomegranate, Cranberry and Thai Pepper Syrup. It’s easy, delicious, and what we need this holiday season 🥃🎄❤️ Holiday Tequila Old Fashioned 2 Oz Reposado Tequila (@siempretequila) 0.5-1oz Pomegranate, Cranberry Holiday Syrup (adjust to your sweeteners preference, McClane might have added just one drop lol) 3 dashes of @elguapobitters Chicory Pecan Bitters Stir all your ingredients and strain over large ice cube. No garnish. McClane would think it’s too fancy. Syrup Recipe: 1 cup Pomegranate Juice 1 cup Cranberry Juice 3 thinly sliced ginger 1/2 Thai chili pepper Cinnamon Stick Half of an orange peel 1 cup agave syrup Combine all ingredients in a small saucer. Stir to combine. Let it come to a simmer for 5 minutes. Strain. Can hold in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. #holidaycocktail #tequilacocktails #drinkresponsibly #liquidculture #cheers #drinkstagram #diehardfan

Cosmo meets Cachaca meets Christmas 🍹🥃🎄❤️ This little number is not so little. I also felt like I was channeling a Sex in the City in Rio, or Love is Blind Brazil edition meets Drink Master 😂 With the beginning of my research into all things cachaca, I realized bartenders love to mix with limoncello and cachaca. I decided it was worth a shot, and recreated this delicious drink for the holidays. And, I’m leaving this recipe right here: Disco in Rio 1.5 oz Branca Cachaca 0.5 oz Limoncello 1 oz Cranberry Juice (100% Cran Juice, not the Splash) 0.5 oz @dillonsdistills Orange Liqueur 0.25 oz Ginger Syrup Shake vigorously all ingredients. Double strain.

Royal Spring Flush with Royalmount Gin

With Spring officially here in Toronto, you can expect to see a ton of Gin cocktail recipes shared on the Liquid Culture platforms. With Royalmount Gin infused with Rose and Cucumber, I highlight this in the Royal Spring Flush Cocktail. Having the essence of a Gin and Tonic, I dress it up with additional Rose Water, Rose pedal Ice Cubes (optional) plus White Cranberry Juice! This is a VERY easy cocktail to throw together, and expect many more Royalmount Gin cocktail creations soon!

Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee with Licor 43

For today, I tried to create something that didn’t use just a “dash” of Licor 43, so I made this Coconut Mint Iced Boozy Cocktail that is hard not to love. Since I still had my bottle of Real’s Cream of Coconut around, I thought it would compliment the flavours going on in this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee. Choosing your Base Spirit for this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee I played around with this component for a bit. Since this cocktail has such strong flavours going on, you don’t want a spirit that will hide in this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee.
