If you need your fudge fix in a hurry, try this uber easy three ingredient microwave fudge. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate chips are melted. Spread into a parchment or wax paper lined 8×8 square pan and refrigerate until set, about two hours.
