This picture was taken less than 48 hours after we had been robbed at gunpoint on our honeymoon in Rio and arrive in France . #paris had been such a balm on our souls - we had been frazzled, pissed, thankful and filled with such a new sense of “we’re going to enjoy this epic trip we planned.” . Outside of #sacreceur, here we are with brand new clothes, brand new everything (they took everything but our passports). And this is a particularly favorite picture of mine because in the moment I knew that @aceliburd and I could withstand anything. Thinking of #Paris today and #NotreDame. First time I saw it was in 1996 and with my first camera I took these photos of the outside of the church, inside of the church and the famous bell tower. My last trip was with @aceliburd for our honeymoon in 2016. It truly pains me that such an iconic landmark will never be the same. But I glad to hear that they will not let this tragedy end here but rebuild. I look forward to the new #NotreDame for I want my daughter to experience it the same as I did all those years ago. #travellife #founderlife #startuplife #iloveparis
