Old phone overheated 🔥 I just knew my husband was going to get one day 2. Nope day 9 he said I’ll buy you an 8. I darn near died. So I tried to make the iPad and computer work negative 👎🏼 Set up a google voice but I heard the voicemail and it had my home phone number on it. That’s was a fail! I use my phone for literally everything, I had to find a bible. Boom it hit me I haven’t physically picked up a bible in about 4 years, even at service I just whip out my phone. I’ve/ we all have been so spoiled- our pastors/ priest display the scripture and then read it aloud!!!!! Y’all long story made short, I’m back! It’s a Throwback Thursday and let me tell y’all something. I’ve seen so many reels, tiktoks and more on this mirror. Swipe through you know what I’m talking about! I made that mirror over 5 years ago. I saw it in Potterybarn and couldn’t afford it. So I made it with dollar tree mirrors, plywood, wood glue, and trim I didn’t have a saw 🪚 so I was on a hope wish and a pray that the hardware store would cut the wood 🪵 Btw I tried paint stir sticks, that was a fail. This baby was heavy but sturdy. I changed up my design and passed the mirror to my Uncle, I believe. I swapped the mirror out for the starburst, that was later destroyed during our move. I was pissed 😤 Fast forward ⏩ I went to @ikea yesterday and Hubby says are you going to make that mirror?!?!? 🪞 🤣 😂 😆 He wants a huge one for the basement. Everything is from the @dollartree What you need: Vase 🏺 pick any 1 Paint of choice- I went with black Baking powder Foam sponges -4 are in a pack Faux flowers- Get what floats your boat! That’s it. This only took about 8 mins and there’s still enough materials for other projects. This week I’m going to show you how to make canvases. It’s a Gorgeous Mood Monday Morning & we are here! Today, I’m wallpapering the kitchen. I started Saturday just to make sure I knew what I was doing. Ohhhhh let me tell y’all about yesterday, I went to @menards for some trim and to order the last door. Well, what I thought would be the last. Standing in millwork (the door/ trim section) I see a left hand inswing with my name on it. Kirstin is a lefty and her room is the last to install a 3 panel poplar door. The door is typically a special order but someone returned it. It’s my lucky day! The department manager marks the door down to $125 and I parade that baby to the house. So getting ready to install the door aaaaannnnnndddddddd it the wrong size 😑 Somehow I mis-measured. Yikes 😬 I’m not letting this deal run away. I guess I’m replacing the hallway doors now. Ugh 🤦🏽‍♀️ Lemonade will be made. The old hallway doors will go in the basement. Hello 2021! Let’s have a flash back Friday. 1 year ago I wanted to add a full bathroom up stairs. Once completed I thought 💭 wellllllll let’s do down stairs. My hubby was like whyyyyyyyyy???? I said because of the tub 🛀 I just bought. Y’all if looks could sting he was a 🐝. I felt that pierce but it didn’t stop me! This year we are tackling the backyard. Pray for me while I love the appearance of the outside I hate being out there especially during the summer! Bugs ain’t my friends. As I say that I recall someone saying well you can spray for that!
