10 self-care ideas to reduce coronavirus stress

However, with stress levels rising over this outbreak and the need to detox my mind a lot more essential, I have been having bubble baths a minimum of 3 times a week at the moment! I like to do a basic skin routine twice a day, and then a skin detox once a week! Then in the evening I like to practice specific gratitude about the day, for example cuddling with my pets or a delicious meal I’ve eaten. Coronavirus: Care Packages for the Vulnerable

Essentials can be really difficult to get hold of, so maybe a feel good package to make someone smile would be a more realistic option for some, but it’s up to you! Including things for children or babies may be an amazing use of the care package to ensure that they have new things to make them smile! I know not everybody has access to basic food, but there’s no reason you can’t include some treats into their care package!
