In Iceland during the summer months the sun stays out for nearly the entire day. The phenomenon is referred to as the “midnight sun”. Because the Earth’s tilt is closest to the sun during the summer months, places like Iceland, located at high latitudes recieve almost 24 hours of daylight! I highly recommend traveling to Iceland in June, July & August to maximize the daylight.
