The best part about that win is that it not only completed goal #2 (lose 10 lbs) but it also included a 4 day vacation when I didn’t focus on my food intake. Goal #9 Pay Off Debt June report: Continuing to meet payments but no extra income means nothing is being paid off Goal #27 Add another website to Mediavine June report: This month Mediavine doubled the requirements for joining their ad network and removed the grace which allowed multiple site owners to add additional sites at reduced sessions. For the first time my feet weren’t absolutely aching after finishing an 8 hours shift spent walking.
This time last year I was busy preparing my family for a month in Ireland. 10 days of that trip were spent in the 'Sunny Southeast' where we rented a holiday home in Dunmore East, County Waterford, and spent many afternoons exploring the stunning coast. This is just one of the dramatic views from the Dunmore East cliff walk. It was a perfect evening stroll. Some evenings we would wander the length of the walk -about 4km round trip- others we would walk a short distance and sit, just gazing across the Irish Sea. My weight had plateaued in mid-March with the addition of a job and no additional time to work out – though to be fair the job is physical (appx 8 miles of walking daily + moderate to heavy lifting) so I am calling it Going Forward from the 14 Day Reset Cleanse After adding foods back into my diet and gauging my reactions to them I plan to keep some bits of this cleanse in place. I will also have a shake on the mornings I don’t work, though I do hope to get back to my morning eggs on work days. I also plan to implement this cleanse following work trips and vacations when I tend to eat more than I should and different foods than I eat when I’m home.
Is there a better place to hear music than in an Irish pub? State parks have scenic campsites suitable for both those experienced with national park camping and people trying glamping for the first time. It’s worth spending money on a high quality tent, but you don’t want to overpay for features you don’t need, or might dislike. The campsites at wilderness areas are always walk-up, so if you can’t get a reservation at your preferred state park, consider a wilderness area instead.
