Its just too nice to be spending hours in the kitchen Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2 width wise, & into 1/4 to 1/2 inch “fries” 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/2 cup or more crumbled feta cheese Air fry for 10-15 minutes at 400F
