Seeing as how this $1400 budget included EVERYTHING – seating for 5, coffee tables, fire columns, area rug, door mat, new ceiling fan, and custom fitting furniture covers – It includes a couch, two arm chairs and swivel and rock, two nesting tables, cushions, and custom fitting weather proof covers for the seating. The swivel arm chairs are definitely my favorite feature, and believe it or not, harder to find as most sets these days are “modular” which means all the sections of the seating set are stationary. I love the bold pattern, it matches the seating set perfectly and adds the perfect touch of modern that the space needed.

It took two coats to completely cover up the white, and I used a brush, not a roller, because I wanted these to look like they were hand painted a long time ago. The paint held perfectly on five of the six signs, but one of the signs had a slightly different texture than the rest and the white paint peeled (insert gasp here).
