Living with Type 1 Diabetes

I’ve been thinking about writing this post for a while now and it’s not something I talk about much at all. I don’t even really like thinking about it that much to be quite honest and I actually (stupidly) used to be quite embarrassed about it if the truth be told, but it’s such a big part of my everyday non-online life (and so many other peoples out there) that I really felt l needed to get this down

A Moment for Midi Skirts

We are thoroughly in the thick of that in-between season feeling, where you're not quite sure if a leg can be bared or a jacket not worn; one minute its blazing sunshine and the next its blowing gale and pissing it down. We're desperate to sport those new season Springy pieces but not over confident it's quite the weather just yet - queue This in-between weather means that above the knee hemlines are a bit of a risk, however with a midi length skirt It's the perfect trans-seasonal skirt for me as I'm wearing it now with boots and a roll neck (black would work just as well as white) and ankle boots, then come Summer I'll pair it will sandals and a cami or trainers and a tee - the possibilities are endless!

A week in NYC on 35mm

In terms of the length of time I went for - i'd say around a week is a great amount of time to tick off a lot of things. but we actually ran out of time to do this, although I did it the last time I went to NYC and the view is insane - defo worth it. I've stayed in the majority of the Hoxton's now and they never disappoint but the one in Williamsburg was an absolute treat, and i'd go as far as to say possibly my favourite! We had an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline from our window (we paid an extra $20 for it and worth every penny IMO), the interiors are just the dream and they have a teeny tiny 'The worlds smallest cinema' too!

Bubbly Aquarius

So as much as i'm enjoying this February heatwave, it's fair to say it shouldn't be this warm right now. I'm very much enjoying the light and warmth however also very aware that its probably gonna be freezing again next week so with the crazy unpredictable weather one needs to plan their outfit accordingly - queue this perfect Spring jacket from Mango via Very
