5 best Oahu viewpoints overlooking the ocean (easy to get): • Sunset Beach — it is obvious from the name that there are amazing sunsets, but note that parking spaces run out quickly at sunset • Kualoa point — great green park with the ocean on one side and green mountains on the other • Lanikai Pillbox — famous trail near Kailua with a panoramic view of Lanikai Beach from the above • Halona Blowhole Lookout — you’ll see a wonderful cave with ocean waves, and you even can go down there to that little beach • Makapu’u Lookout (on the video) — caves, lava cliffs, endless ocean, lighthouse…Just perfect.
