Hi, I'm Carla!

I’m a 27-year-old travel blogger and journalist based in New York City. In 2017, I left everything behind for a yearlong trip around the world, visiting over 25 countries across Europe, South America and Southeast Asia. While this wasn’t my first time traveling abroad, it was this trip that ignited an overwhelming desire to make traveling the world my No. 1 priority: I want to experience — and learn from — as many cultures as I can while seeking out stunning landscapes across the globe. Most importantly, I want to inspire others to do so, too.

My goal is to encourage women like myself young professionals who are passionate about traveling to new places — to hit the road more often. I aim to help them do so by sharing travel tips, destination guides and inspirational photos from my personal trips around the U.S. and beyond.
