On a mission to inspire and create. I’m looking for work/available to hire! My social media following is small right now because it was not previously a creative outlet. Now, it is! The best part? I have 5 years of professional experience in: Marketing (Traditional and Digital), PR, Advertising (Traditional, Online, Social Media), Social Media Campaign Marketing, and Graphic Design (and more!).
In November of 2018, I was hospitalized due to work stress and severe burnout. I had been very unhappy and severely overworked at my 9-5 marketing job. I worked in this state of unhappiness and burnout for 2 years. My mental health tanked, I became severely depressed, and I had thoughts of suicide. I was hospitalized for one week. After leaving the hospital, I took my happiness and my health in my own hands and I quit my job. I am now on the mission to live a healthy and balanced life inside and outside of the normal “9-5” job.
I’m passionate about holistic and eco-friendly health and wellness. I’m also passionate about a spiritual and yogic practice. Namaste!
