My first time trying Cà phê trứng at @caphedachi in Chicago and I must say I absolutely loved this! It consists of a cup of brewed Vietnamese coffee covered in a layer of whipped egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. The strong flavor of the coffee contrasts perfectly with the creamy topping. Not sure if we can get this anywhere in Atlanta.
