Not taking anything in this life for granted! It’s smiles all summer over here! Learn to swim an I.M medley for these three is on the list! 🌊 Swim Lesson 2/2 complete with mommy! They did soooo good holding their breath and floating today! Lots of falling in and jumping in and “grabbing the wall” ! Very important to reinforce areas of exit entry like the wall, ladder, or steps when learning to swim!! ⭐️ I always teach babies to GRAB THE WALL , they repeat after me we point to it and we do (Monkey crawls) across to practice getting a good grip on the ledge! ⭐️ We always practice glides, kicks, and some sort of arm action in every lesson! Lots of floating and flip flops as well since flipping from front to back is one of THE MOST important skills to learn. As always everything is on the count of 3! Even pouring water on their heads at bath time, 1..2..3 pour.
