There are several days that I miss Hawaii, today especially is one of those days 1. For the first time in two years I had to put on a coat 2. I started my new job at a drug and alcohol recovery center six weeks ago and Ive been drained ever since. Drained like I need a nap every single day. For a few weeks I struggled with giving myself grace because there were things that I am just too tired to do. One being working out and two working on my blog. To be fair with myself because I deal with a lot throughout the day. Many different emotions from patients, their wants and needs and listening to so many traumatic stories.
