10k 🎉🥺A giant THANK YOU to each and every one of you for supporting me. I am so grateful for this community, the motivation I get from you all, and all the opportunities I have had since starting my content creation journey in March 2020. I hope to continue inspiring you to explore our beautiful world 🤍 📍Mt. San Jacinto

Happy Women’s Day to all the strong, adventurous, and beautiful ladies out there 🧡 Keep inspiring! “A woman should be two things: who and what she wants” - Coco Chanel

Just a gal and her new favorite @briggsandriley suitcase 💜 Looking forward to the day I pack for an international trip ✈️

“She wasn’t bored, just restless between adventures” - Atticus Did you know this area of salt flats in Death Valley is the lowest point in North America?

I’ll never stop being blown away by the California desert at sunset

Ultimate guide to Death Valley National Park (save for a future visit!) 🌈🌄 I finally made it out to Death Valley and was completely blown away—from the massive sand dunes to the salt flats to the colorful and otherworldly formations, it’s probably the most diverse desert locations I’ve visited. And this rainbow halo was completely surreal! How to get around: • You’ll need your own vehicle, as there’s no public transportation into or around the park. You don’t need a 4x4, unless you want to explore some of the lesser known backcountry spots. • You need to purchase a pass to enter ($30 for 7 days) Where to stay: • Campgrounds: Furnace Creek Campground (the only one that takes reservations), Sunset Campground, Stovepipe Wells Campground, Texas Springs Campground • Inside the park: The Inn at Death Valley, The Ranch at Death Valley, Stovepipe Wells Village • Outside the park: Staying in Beatty, NV is a good option to consider 5 spots you can’t miss: • Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes: Although Death Valley has 5 sand dunes, this one is the most easily accessible. The dunes reach 100 ft. high and you are allowed to sand board • Artist’s Palette: A spectacular array of blue, purple, and green-colored hills • Zabriskie Point: A stunning panoramic overlook of badlands that doesn’t require hiking • Badwater Basin: A vast area of salt flats at the lowest point in North America • Golden Canyon: This popular hiking destination has a series of trails through a scenic canyon Other things to know: • The best time to visit is during the winter; I’d avoid going anytime other than October to March since temperatures are brutal then • I recommend spending 2 days to see the park. While it’s possible to see the highlights in one day, you can check out some remote locations such as Racetrack Playa, Ubehebe Crater, and Eureka Dunes if you have more time. • Carry lots of water with you at all times • Cell service is very limited throughout the parks. Always download offline maps prior!

Truly the most spectacular array of colors I’ve ever seen in nature 🎨 I had been wanting to visit Death Valley for quite some time now, and it did not disappoint. The diversity of landscapes here is absolutely amazing. Isn’t it crazy that these colored rocks exist in the middle of the California desert? These colors are a result of the oxidation of metals in the soil left behind from volcanic activity millions of years ago. This photo was taken right in front of the parking lot, but there is a more popular viewpoint that can be reached by walking for a few minutes on the pathway on the right. The best time to visit for the richest colors is in the late afternoon. The earth without art is just “eh” - Demetri Martin

The California desert is pure magic 🏜 Be sure to stop by the magnificent Trona Pinacles on your way to Death Valley from LA! First off, I was so happy to make it out here; we barely made it in time for sunset. You have to drive on 5 miles on a bumpy dirt road to get here, which we accomplished in a 2WD sedan by driving very slowly for 25 minutes. Secondly, this place is breathtaking! This whole area used to be underwater shortly after the Ice Age Ended. It looks like another planet, which is why Hollywood has filmed several movies here, including Star Trek and Planet of the Apes.

Took a trip to another planet 🚀💫 Valley of Fire State Park is one of the most magical parks I’ve ever visited! It’s just an hour north of Vegas, and was formed about 150 million years ago. The Fire Wave, a candy-striped sandstone formation, is the most popular hike. It’s a 1.5-mile roundtrip trail from Parking Lot 3 and the landscape is so fun to navigate! This state park has so much to offer, from epic photo backdrops (Mouse Tank Road) to petroglyphs—definitely add it to your bucket list!

Bucket list visit to LA’s dreamiest home ✔️ Perched in the Hollywood Hills, Stahl House (Case Study House No. 22) is a mid-century modern architectural masterpiece which features 270-degree panoramic views of the LA cityscape. I went on a super hazy day and the views were still surreal 🤩 Tours are by reservation only and can be booked on the website.

A proper evening 💫 Cara Cara at the Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel has the most unbeatable outdoor views of the DTLA skyline. I recommend trying the Winter Squash Gratin. Also, check out my reel of this rooftop if you haven’t already!

We all rise and we all fall—here’s to rising more than ever this new year ♥️ P.S. Thank you all for the support you’ve shown for my account since I started my content creation journey in 2020. I’d love to meet more of you in person and go on adventures together, both near and far!

Travel. The best way to be lost and found at the same time. - Brenna Smith 📍Gustav Vasa Church

Ultimate guide to Stockholm 🇸🇪 (save for a future visit!) Where to stay: • Vasatan: Where a lot of locals live. I spent the majority of my time in Stockholm at the @bwtimehotel and loved the large and stylish rooms, along with the incredible breakfast buffet spread. • Normallm: The modern business district • Östermalm: All about the high-end lifestyle Djurgården: Laid-back vibe How to get around: Use the extensive public transport system (SL). It’s quite pricy (Sweden in general is), but it’s one of the world’s finest! 5 photo spots you can’t miss: • Monteliusvägen (pictured here) • Stortorget in Gamla Stan (Old Town) • Drottningholm Palace • RIddarholmen Church • The subway—its the world’s largest art gallery! (T-Centralen’s Blue Line station is noteworthy) Other things to know: • It’s useful to keep the Swedish concept of lagom in mind, which means “not too much, not too little”, and is celebration of balance and moderation in life. There’s a spirit of equality, not of standing out (or more so, showing off) • As Stockholm is comprised of 14 islands, don’t try to accomplish everything. Take it slow and add a fika to your daily routine—this is the essential Swedish tradition of taking a coffee break with others • Drinking tap water is the way to go—it comes from the highest-quality sources and tastes amazing • Sweden is leading the world’s race to become the first cashless society, so you just need a credit card! In fact, you can even directly tap a card at public transport turnstiles as payment • Be sure to pack thermals and other warm gear if visiting during the winter and keep in mind sunset can be as early as 3 pm! Also, pick up some Hudsalva (originally made for the Swedish military) or ACO lip balm at Apoteket and your lips will thank you! • For a change of pace, check out the vibrant university town of Uppsala which is an hour north of Stockholm—it has a small-town charm but offers everything a big city does • I don’t know about you but I’m not a fan of typical souvenirs. Instead, bring back home wooden butter knifes, Pepparkakor (gingerbread cookies), or paper Christmas ornaments from @hmhome
