Gluten Free Bahamas Mini Guide! 🇧🇸 Here is a little gluten free food recap of our wonderful weekend trip! The staff were very well trained. Ordering gluten free food with celiac disease is stressful, especially while traveling! Thankfully at all of the restaurants that I dined at around the Atlantis property had great training and I spoke with the chef each time to ensure no cross contact.
