A fun fact about our home and creative space in the Hudson Valley: it was once owned by a curator for the Museum of Natural History, and before that was owned by a renowned local artist, and before then…well, we can go back and back and back to the very start where it functioned as a horse barn in the 1860’s, and back some more where the land was owned by Susanna Philipse -daughter of Frederick Philipse II, 2nd Lord of Philipsburg Manor of Westchester County, NY.
