Our family has been gluten free for 7 1/2 years now, so I used Udi’s® Gluten Free Delicious Multigrain Sandwich Bread to make the melts. In fact, we just prepared a last minute 10-hour road trip to see my husband’s family in Mississippi for Thanksgiving.
