Elle had her first performance as part of the @fancyfeetdance dance team and she thrives on performing. Nothing excites her more than getting to wear a special outfit, getting to wear makeup and perform her dance routine she’s been practicing for weeks in front of a huge crowd. She got to perform at the pre-show and halftime show for @sacrepublicfc and thought it was “sooo cool” 🥰 Solita is also a huge fan of fireworks and soccer games now 🤣 #dancemom

Today I want to talk about Mental Health. Over the years, I’ve become a huge proponent for mental health and taking time to take care of your MIND along with your body. I remember struggling with my mental health back since I was a kid. I didn’t know what was wrong, I just knew something was off. It wasn’t until I joined my coach and this community and dove into personal development that I realized my mental health was actually really struggling more than it needed to. Now, I make sure that I am in tune with my mind and my feelings and do what I need to do to take care of my mind and my heart too. Somedays that’s journaling, listening to a podcast, or reading a book. Other days, it’s a walk outside or a chat with my best friend.
