So, lately, I’ve been undergoing some sort of mental transformation and with that comes a lot of reflecting and self-evaluation. Yay! 2021 is finally here and in full swing. So, I'm not a big resolutions guy. Since 2015 I've become more of a goal type guy. You might be thinking, "Um, what the difference?" For me, the difference boils to action versus decision. Both are really really great to implement but only one produces results - ACTION.
