From time to time, we like to look back on some of our favorite projects and give insight into how they came to be, so we asked the ABC team to describe the creative endeavors that have inspired them most over recent years. Account Manager Jamie Lynn mentioned that her favorite project was the development of a webpage full of resources to help MDT practitioners and clinicians during the COVID-19 pandemic for our client @mckenzieusa. Jamie liked working on this project because it required us to quickly change creative direction and develop a new strategy on the fly. Our team researched and analyzed McKenzie's audience and predicted that they would be seeking out additional online resources during the initial stages of the pandemic. Using that prediction, we crafted new ads, social media posts and messaging around additional resources to deliver to their targeted base.
