Why I Joined Slimming World

(sorry it’s a bit of a lengthy one) is a truthful account of my experiences with weight loss and why I have decided to join Slimming World. I then went on to do a further ‘Clean 9’ two months later in preparation for Laura’s wedding and got to my lowest weight of 8st 13lb. As I felt so good about myself in 2015, I decided to go wedding dress shopping. I don’t want things to spiral out of control again, and I don’t want all the hard work I put in with my PT to go to waste.
