While generally I’d give you a play by play on measurements this is probably a recipe you want to play by ear depending on how much you are making of smoked salmon ( I LOVE Fresh Market but use your preference) 1 jar of caviar 1/2 pack cream cheese 1/4 cup olive oil pinch of salt pinch of pepper 1 spring of thyme chopped chives or green onion 1 loaf of French bread 1 half Mix the olive oil, salt pepper and thyme leaves and spread on French bread slices. Mix the rest of the olive oil mixture with about half a pack of cream cheese and half a lemon.
