I am an Alabama based Meditation teacher, filmmaker , story teller , and lover of forgotten lore. You will soon hear a little bit of talk about my upcoming " Mindspa Program" at Kryptic Fitness. This is something you might expect to first come to life in Austin, Sedona, Venice beach, or upstate NY.. Well,not this time . its starting right here in little old Clanton Alabama. This is the product of several years of deep study and research ( using my ADHD superpower of hyper-focus lol iykyk ) and its the best of what all I have learned . I put it together to get real world results fast with more science than woo-woo. I'll tell you all more as we get ready to reveal a few other other things ...

I have a small favor to ask.. If my work has helped any of you in some small way, I would be very grateful if I could use that as testimony in an upcoming project. No pressure at all.. most of you know me.. I try to be as open an honest as i can.
