Sometimes I have to remind myself to slow down and focus on the form of the movements or those movements really aren’t doing anything for me, but the good news is I have lost 5lbs 💕

Achievement unlocked: inability to straighten arms for 3 days 🤭🤣

We are going to look at these videos and we’re all going to critic my form and we’re going to look at my lack of discipline for the last few months and think this girl wasn’t committed and that’s why her form has slipped and guess what, you’re 100% right.⁣ ⁣ ⁣ No excuses. ⁣ ⁣ No poor me.⁣ ⁣ No reason why I couldn’t move my body.⁣ ⁣ I can barely walk after leaving the gym today and let me tell you it feels dang good and that’s all I’m going to say. ✌🏻

100 times on this journey I have started over but not a single time has the entire fate of my family been left in my hands.⁣ ⁣ Before finding my why simply meant I wanted to lose weight to look better or feel more confident, and I am by no means downplaying that because for a lot of people that why is enough to move mountains. ⁣ ⁣ For me it was never enough.⁣ ⁣ I have been on this journey for years but instead of of journey of weight loss and self love it was maintenance and self hatred for not being able to do the one thing that my body should be able to do as a woman. ⁣ ⁣ My life is changing and the future of my family now rests in my dedication and desire to be a mother. ⁣ ⁣ I was using this page to try to stay motivated but I lost a lot of motivation when covid 19 hit and I decided to start my business, now I want to use this page as documentation to prove to myself that I can do what I know I am capable of doing. ⁣

Just like everyone else my gyms just recently closed down during this crazy time. ⁣ ⁣ So enjoy these three videos I got before I got rudely kicked out of our local track 😂⁣ ⁣ Also I just want to say for those who messaged me to check on me during the last few weeks thank you!! ⁣ ⁣ I’m am okay. ⁣ ⁣ These past few weeks have been rough for my family beginning the week of my birthday. My MIL went to the hospital at the end of February and wasn’t doing well, we all know that she’s very sick but it was heart breaking. In the midst of all that I had surgery on the 10th of March and then my MIL unfortunately ended up back in the hospital and my husband and I made a decision to take a trip to go see her in the hospital before the world shut down. ⁣ ⁣ Please if you pray add her to your prayers because we can use all the prayers we can get at this point. Everything is very up in the air and we are in limbo with her health. ⁣ ⁣ It’s one step forward and two back every single day.⁣ ⁣ Thank you for your concerns, I appreciate the people who checked in 🧡⁣ ⁣

From teeny tiny puppy to teeny tiny hulk you are 22lbs of pure muscle and bad listening skills.⁣ ⁣ I drove an hour to get you. ⁣ You peed and pooped in my car multiple times.⁣ Whined all night every night the first month you were home.⁣ You destroy every toy we get you.⁣ Know absolutely no boundaries.⁣ and you love to head butt.⁣ ⁣ Brody Austin, you are a 6th month old tall long large blessing. I love you 💕

What’s up fam? ⁣ ⁣ We decided to do an isolation tricep day since we were short on time and as you can see in the first video I was l i t e r a l l y shaking on the first exercise.⁣ ⁣ Props to @ryan_spiteri for that one.⁣ ⁣ Cheers mate.⁣ ⁣ I slowly lost my grip in the second video but I’m not even mad about it, I pretty much have the grip of a toddler 🤦🏼‍♀️ What can ya do? ⁣ ⁣ I hope everyone has had a better Tuesday than I have had! ⁣
