Abby is a recipe developer, photographer, and content creator based in Chicago. She graduated from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 2012 receiving a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Nutrition. She continued her studies in natural medicine, nutrition, and culinary education over several years post-graduate leading into the launch of her brand, TheBalancedWhisk in 2020.
